6. Content and Intellectual Property
Your Content: You retain all rights to the messages and voice notes you send through VeryClose. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to transmit and store your content solely to provide the Service.
Our Content: VeryClose, including its design, features, graphics, and underlying technology, is owned by us and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
7. Privacy and Data Protection
Your use of VeryClose is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information. All messages and voice notes are end-to-end encrypted, and we cannot access your message content.
8. Service Availability

9. Termination
Your Right to Terminate: You may close your account at any time from within the App. Upon account deletion, all your data will be permanently deleted from our servers.
